There was a mix up with the wording which was partly my fault but the store owner fixed it and sent out a new cutter, that cutter got stuck in transit and the owner offered a percent off of my next order due to the issue that was out of their control. When we received the final item it was exactly what we were looking for! We will definitely order again!
